With a shared love of jazz, the members of Dock in Absolute combine different styles of music from progressive Jazz to classical and rock music, all centred around pianist Jean Philippe Koch’s powerful original compositions and virtuoso playing.  

Hailing from Luxembourg, the trio has presented its music internationally at many Festivals including the Tokyo Jazz Festival, the Hong Kong International Jazz Festival, Edinburgh Jazz Festival and Paris Jazz Festival à la Cité, amongst many others.

The trio released their eponymous album in May 2017.

Andchuck is a dynamic and contemporary jazz quartet formed in Manchester at the Royal Northern College of Music and now performing all over the country at world-renowned jazz festivals and venues including Manchester Jazz Festival, Marsden Jazz Festival, Matt and Phreds and many more. Andchuck bring a new sound to jazz by combining intriguing melodies, funky grooves, colourful harmonies and the occasional earth shattering riffs.

Andchuck is a Jazz North Introducing Artist (2017/2018).
